Battle Over the 17th Amendment
The Judge recently wrote an article titled "How To Curtail the Federal Beast." See http://www.glennbeck.com/content/articles/article/198/25372/
In that piece, the Judge talked about going after the 16th amendment, but what about the 17th, which fundamentally altered the structure of the federal government and the ability of the states to check its power?
An argument can be made that it was actually never even properly ratified: http://www.worldnetdaily.com/index.php?pageId=28776
If it is indeed true that the 17th amendment was fraudulently declared ratified, and a legislature were to force the issue into a court of law by appointing two U.S. Senators and sending them to Washington D.C. to be seated, what impact would it have on the freedom movement?
