Battle Over the 17th Amendment
The Judge recently wrote an article titled "How To Curtail the Federal Beast." See http://www.glennbeck.com/content/articles/article/198/25372/
In that piece, the Judge talked about going after the 16th amendment, but what about the 17th, which fundamentally altered the structure of the federal government and the ability of the states to check its power?
An argument can be made that it was actually never even properly ratified: http://www.worldnetdaily.com/index.php?pageId=28776
If it is indeed true that the 17th amendment was fraudulently declared ratified, and a legislature were to force the issue into a court of law by appointing two U.S. Senators and sending them to…40 votes -
What do we need to know if we're arrested for activism?
Jason and Pete, what should liberty activists know when confronted by police and possible arrest? What should we know about after an arrest?

How will Rand be able to address and combat effectively the hostility to libertarianism evidenced by the Lindsey Graham wing of the GOP in his possible contest?

The Money Issue
Judge, the money issue is more central to the quest for freedom than any other issue. If people understood the nature of modern monetary mechanics, they would immediately pull all "money" out of their bank accounts, and the system would collapse. Dollars are not money. Dollars are no different than chips at a child's poker game, where there is no money on the line.
We need honest money, and I think shows like yours should begin to press for this. Bring on guests who can promote alternatives to our current system. A simple example would be to promote the idea…

Motor Home Diary Arrests
What's the rationale for refusing to show ID? What are our rights with respect to this? Was it the driver who refused to show ID? What's the relevant law here?

Dennis Kucinich HR2424????
What is the deal w/ Dennis Kucinich recently introducing HR 2424 this week; his OWN bill to audit the Fed? Why is he not supporting/cosponsoring HR 1207 and what implications does this bill have for the growth of the bipartisan movement around Ron Paul's HR 1207?

Impact of limiting House to 435 representatives?
The House has been artificially fixed to 435 representatives in 1928. Where each averaged around 30,000 citizens before, they are now averaging 700,000 and growing! What impact do you feel this has had on our system of government? Details on this site (not mine): http://www.thirty-thousand.org

If we had an Austrian/Jeffersonian economic and foreign policy, how would that work if other nations were still centrally-planned or protectionist?

Try torturers as felons?
Judge Napolitano has said that the torturers, as well those who ordered or allowed it, should be tried as felons, while Rand Paul appears to disagree. Why? What does Ron Paul think?

What can I do to promote liberty?
For people who ask "What can I do?" I strongly recommend finding like-minded people, in your local area if possible.
For example, Campaign for Liberty has local groups all across the country. Also check out Restore the Republic, We The People, and more. Once you link up with a local group, you can get involved and potentially have more of an impact than you can as an individual. You can reach out to your neighbors and your community and talk about the issues of freedom.5 votes -
Breaking Laws...
If I misrepresent something I sell, the buyer may ask a police officer to arrest me for fraud.
Why is it that I can go to jail for selling something that isn't what I claim it is, but financial folks can make millions misrepresenting what they are selling and then get money from the government? Why isn't financial fraud involving Billions prosecuted when financial fraud involving thousands is?
