Georgia SR 632 on secession

On April 1, 2009 the Georgia General Assembly made the boldest statement on secession yet when they were 1 vote shy of unanimous support in drawing a hard line in the sand, describing under what conditions George would secede from the union and how it would be done. Nobody is talking about this and this is bigger news than off-hand comments by the Governor of Texas. http://bit.ly/2I7MOq for the text of the Resolution.
