Montana Sheriffs and Federal Gun Law Nullification
On May 11th, Glenn Beck discussed the Montana federal gun control nullification law with Prof. Randy Barnett, and the issue was brought up of the feds not recognizing the state law and prosecuting Montana citizens for violating federal laws, anyway. However, no one brought up the power of the county sheriff to inhibit and even arrest federal agents. This power is gaining much more attention now that former Arizona Sheriff Richard Mack --- who along with a Montana sheriff won a Supreme Court case against the Brady Bill in the late 90s --- has written his new booklet, "The County Sheriff: America's Last Hope," discussing the power of the sheriff to reign in the feds. What would happen if Montana's sheriffs simply refused to allow the ATF to enforce their gun control laws in Montana, and arrested any ATF agents who tried?

There are 4 states going to nullification, but we need at least 18 more states to do it.
