Secession, civil war and the Constitutional militia
Secession is certainly legitimate, but we know what happened the last time states tried to leave the union. If a state tried to secede today, do you believe the federal government would use force to prevent it? Don't the states need to restore the Constitutional militia in order to defend themselves (see http://www.newswithviews.com/Vieira/edwin11.htm ; part 1 of 3)?

Yes, I do vote that Dr. Vieira be brought on the show as an expert guest on "sound money," and "constitutional militias." Don't worry Judge. I don't think Dr. Vieira will show you up too much. You two have an awful lot in common...
