Secession, civil war and the Constitutional militia
Secession is certainly legitimate, but we know what happened the last time states tried to leave the union. If a state tried to secede today, do you believe the federal government would use force to prevent it? Don't the states need to restore the Constitutional militia in order to defend themselves (see http://www.newswithviews.com/Vieira/edwin11.htm ; part 1 of 3)?

The 1st Amendment
With the understanding that Rastas believe Marijuana to be a sacrament, and may have scripture to back it up, it seems that to not allow them to possess it is a violation of the 1st Amendment. Has the Supreme Court heard any cases where this was laid out and if so how did they vote and why?

If so, what constitutes the press in this internet World and how should the ability to record be controlled, if at all.

RJ. Harris - Will you help Congress read the bills?
We currently aren't effectively represented in Washington DC. One reason for this is that bills are introduced and voted on without public scrutiny and sometimes without even being read by the Congress. If a congressperson doesn't know what is in a bill then obviously they cannot effectively debate it or oppose it. Would you create legislation that requires that all bills be made available to the public at least 72 hours prior to being voted on by Congress? Will you vote against any legislation that you haven't been given a reasonable opportunity to read?
