I'd like you to invite ...

Sheriff Richard Mack

Sheriff Mack is the former sheriff of Graham County, Arizona, who sued the Clinton administration during the mid-90s over the Brady Bill. He is currently trying to educate sheriffs nation-wide about their powers to protect their constituents from abuse by the federal government. His new book, "The County Sheriff: America's Last Hope," is about that very thing. See http://www.sheriffmack.com/

Hello Judge Napolitano, I have a friend living in FL who last year experienced the misuse of the local sheriff's power. This included the watch commander to whom they complained and told him they would file a report. These are good, upstanding, patriotic, conservative free citizen's and I am furious they had to endure the intimidation by a deputy who treated them as hostile on their own property. He had no search warrant, but came on their property looking for someone, who was not there and they did not know the person. Later that day two squad cars came on the property and covered their house front and back and interrogated them. They even had a bull shot on their farm because my friend was testifying in court against a thief and drug dealer. After those first instances, there was another invasion of their property by a county dog catcher They live at the end of a dirt road with the nearest neighbor 1/4 mile away. The only dog they have is an old neutered beagle. What is your advice?

I heard Sheriff Mack speak and got to meet him yesterday. He is all about states' rights and individual liberty and is engaged in a very honorable mission of educating public officials and the public about the Constitution. He would be a fantastic guest on the show!

Richard mack is not only an electric speaker, but one of those rare birds in American life: an honest man. Anyone seeking truly excellent constitutionalist writing from the US Supreme Court must read Justice Antonin Scalia's ruling for the majority in Printz v. U.S., the landmark gun rights case in which Richard Mack played a pivvotal role on the ground.

Yes, Richard Mack would make a superb guest for JudgeNap.

FYI, Judge, Sheriff Mack has also been on your friend Alex Jones' show. It would absolutely be worth having him on to talk about the powers and duties of the sheriff, and Constitutional law enforcement.

Richie not only sued the ATF but he took the battle all the way to the US Supreme Court and won the case. It should have been considered a landmark case and no doubt its ramifications are sweeping, not just for gun rights but for state rights in general.
