We are being invaded and over run by the Oil & Gas Companies who are ignoring our private property rights and rights of Life, Liberty and Pursuit of Happiness ( Clean Air, Clean Water and Safe Environment ). These rights are guaranteed in both the US and PA Constitution and are being ignored.
They have destroyed WVA and now PA and NY is next unless We The People slow this down and restore sanity for Us.
Thousands of People were misled or lied to in the leasing process and hundreds are on replaced water from accidents and there is No clear attempt to admit the problem or restore safe water to them.They have there sights on the Delaware River Watershed next and that supplies water to over 18 million people.

We love the work that you do on Freedom Watch and the lessons on the Constitution that you give on Fox News. There are many of your fans in Texas that are supporting Debra Medina for Governor of Texas in 2010, and we sure could use your help. Debra is a strong defender of the U.S. constitution and the Texas constitution. She has been a strong supporter of Ron Paul and the Campaign for Liberty. She lives in Ron Paul's district. She has a strong message with clear plans to help the state of Texas.

Her biggest opponents in the upcoming Republican primary are our current Gov. Rick Perry, and current Senator Kay Bailey Hutchison. As far as the main press is concerned in Texas,n Rick and Kay are then only candidates in that race. They both have money and lobbyists, but Debra has a vision and real principals that Texans need. Debra needs friendly press coverage to get her name out to the masses because many don't even know yet that they have a choice.

Would you please consider being a friend of liberty lovers and booking her on Freedom Watch? She needs all the exposure we can get for her. So far, she had done quite well on the radio circuit around the state, but we need to spread the message even further.

Of course I want YOU to run for President, Judge. Well, I'll not discount that prospect in this scenario, but that is not yet my concern here. Little has brought me political peace of mind over the years as much as the apparent friendship between Ralph Nader and Ron Paul, and I am at a loss for words to describe the smile I had for their brief stint of interviews together in 2008. I have had the great honor of pulling the lever for each of them in Presidential elections. Not many over the years have understood my apparent diversity of political views. Well, it's a new era, and many around me are starting to get it. I'm a patriot, and I support that which is not fascist, corporatist, or as Mr.DiLorenzo has now coined, fascialist. I am an utter Jeffersonian as you are. Pat Buchanan's fascination with Hamilton irks me, but if I had the chance I'd pull a lever for the man in a heartbeat as I know he would fight to the death to protect my right to oppose his odd little mercantilistic streak [oh, and that Moral Majority thing too, like Goldwater, I thought that actually destroyed the conservative movement]. Anyway, I'll get back on track here. You claim that our only political hope must come from outside traditional channels, that a grassroots tranformation of political parties is futile. HA! Me too I guess. Ten years ago I dreamed of Nader and Buchanan to join forces and run on a common ticket. We're getting closer to such a day, but it's unlikely to happen among figures with candid political histories. I could dream again for the likes of Paul-Kucinich together [and I actually did], but my intuition has recently tapped into something more hopeful. The future is apolitical. Nonpartisanship is far more important [and marketable ;) ] than bipartisanship. You and I both know how nonpartisan we libertarians actually are, but if the executive branch of our national government were packed with the likes of you, me, and Dr.Paul in 2012, the corporate facialist elements would coalesce and fight us tooth and nail with odd success. Two figures have caught my attention in the last few years that are as well-spoken as anyone I've ever heard, and together I believe represent the bulk of collective consciousness of our populace. I do believe there exists a mid-America, a moderate middle-ground in American politics, the ground which the Fabian fascialists have co-opted. The middle-class has gone on unrepresented for years now, and that's what America craves. Corporate interest has co-opted family interest. The two public figures who I've heard tap into and wax eloquently on this subject are Elizabeth Warren and Catherine Austin Fitts. These two women have somehow managed to remain somewhat apolitical with their views. In projecting our own classification systems on them, you and I might place them respectively slightly to the left and slightly to the right. A unified platform in policy from these two would utterly squeeze out corporate fascialism from the midst. I had a dream last night that these two women met in a social context, made each other laugh, then went on vacation together to a beach south of the border, drank tequila and laughed some more. Then a year later they crossed paths in a political context, decided to join forces and took the country by storm with a fresh [apolitical] political movement. That's where you come in. Get these two women [in studio] together on your show. Before you do that, send them both tickets to a beach house in Beliz to share a weekend together. If then on your show you hear them laugh together, break it to them that one of your FreedomWatch viewers wrote to you with the idea of this set-up and wants the two of them to run for the White House in 2012. I'd prefer a Fitts/Warren ticket, but Fitts will tell you that she won't run for president. Tell her Warren/Fitts will be just fine. :)

Together these two brilliant women, laughing, could obliterate any opposition on their path toward restoration of freedom and prosperity in America.

After FreedomWatch with Judge Napalitano will be an interview with Charlie Rose. They will utterly melt him [or at least his audience].

Even if the concept I hold is a bit too grandiose, you must admit it would make for a fascinating show having these two women interviewed side by side...
