If the preamble of the Bill of Rights Declares and Restricts Federal Government from (among other things) infringing on the rights of individuals to keep and bear arms, where does the the Government get the authority from to say which weapons people may or may not posses, and at the same time use the very same weapons to enforce those laws with? (Machine-guns, Short barreled weapons, explosives, etc)

I have documented proof that an FBI agent created a false document and fabricated a story and lied to a Federal Grand Jury just so that they could get an indicment against an innocent man who is about to expose Wall Street for being the crooks that they are. We need EXPOSURE of our government at all levels.

Basically what he did was use independent contractors and paid them with 50 dollar US gold coins. Since they are legal tender for face value they legally got paid the face amount. Since their income was less than what was required to file taxes they didn't file. Of course the coins are one ounce and more valuable than the face amount. He is facing prosecution now.
