Debt-limit
The correct trade is: Balanced Budget Amendment for the $2.4T debt-cap increase. It's a clean trade everyone can understand. The president gets his $2.4T, libertarians get congressional passage of BBA.
The focus is getting lost. Take tax changes off the table, let the BBA solve those later. McConnell's plan is pure failure. Please don't let them accept failure Judge.
Cut, Cap & Balance is three things. It's too complicated and raises too many side issues. Putting tax cuts on the table means the Dems get to inject tax increases into the negotiation. Spending caps are silly, because this congress can't…

The idea that "fraud" is tolerated in financials.
Misrepresenting something you sell is FRAUD. Why is fraud left unpunished in this financial debacle? You can't tell me that triple A ratings for liars loans is legal? Where are the perp walks?

Purposeful printing
Lowering the value of dollars is good for U.S. businesses, because lower cost goods (produced and sold in dollars) can more easily compete overseas. It helps the balance of trade, while helping the government at the same time.
Fair enough. Any average smart investor could see what the Fed/gov't was doing years ago to counter China's low-Yuan policy. The natural and correct investment was commodities. Average Americans are mainly in retirement accounts and retirement accounts don't allow direct commodity investment. Instead relegated to secondary mutual fund markets, such as "gold funds" and "gold mining funds." This is exactly the position…

Spiking interest for debtor nations
Many people in the recent spate of foreclosures were victims of suddenly spiking interest rates. Is there a similar mechanism for debtor nations that could come into effect, and what would be the consequences of that given the rash of recent deficit spending? For which countries would this have serious implications? What could cause worldwide interest rates to suddenly jump? Who would be the beneficiary of vastly higher interest on credit extended to nations?

Rights abuse at Clinton's Rights talk: Police targeted violence of Christian Vet Continue reading o
In what will surely be recorded as a historical moment of US government brutal human rights hypocrisy and possibly a sales boost for Vets For Peace t-shirt sales, at Secretary of State Hillary Clinton's speech at George Washington University Tuesday, condemning human rights violations by governments that arrest protestors and prevent free expression, police assaulted 71-year-old Ray McGovern and jailed him for standing peacefully as he listened to her.

right to record in all public federal and state courts
By far, the least reported facit of American life is within the State and Federal courts. That is where the collectivism is being compelled. We have a right to keep an audio or visual record of those proceedings. including cases involving minor children.......................... it is public...... lets make it public

European Union
I've seen alot about the European Union on YouTube and particularly with a British political party called UKIP. It seems that Europeans are also in a struggle for freedom and liberty. My question is how can the EU continue when it must be ratified by all member states, when 3 countries have voted it down (France, Holland, Ireland). I think this would be a good show and get Nigel Farage from UKIP on.

How the bust end of a cycle causes increased violent crime.
We are seeing major increases in daytime home invasions locally. Understanding that the bust end of the business cycle create these community hazards might help persuade others to join our cause for Sound Money.

government’s emergency and police powers? When may these be
invoked, and by which officials? What are the rights of people who may

Judge asks "isn't deflation good?"
The answer is no, no and heck no. Deflation happens when tomorrows goods cost less than today's goods. Suppliers quickly decide that hoarding cash is better than producing product, because the cash will be worth more tomorrow and the product worth less. They all do it together (within days of each other) and they shut down their factories just as quickly. This "non-linear" event is catastrophic and irreversible. Fifty percent national unemployment within a week is possible. This is why deflation must be prevented. So please stop asking the question on national TV, Judge? The unintended consequence of the well-intentioned…

CUSSNow (Citizens United for State Sovereignty Now)--the ONLY way to stop the insanity in DC NOW!
See http://cussnow.com. Not just another petition or empty, toothless 10th amendment resolution. This initiative utilizes historical precedent from the early 1800's to tell Congress in no uncertain terms, "Stop. We really mean it. Turn the Nanny State Express around; take it back to the yard and start dismantling it." CUSSNow WILL work, but it needs numbers and a big megaphone--we need you Judge!

We can live without tax policy changes for now, we can't live without the BBA. National debt is a long-term problem - BBA is a long term solution. Don't worry about state's passing BBA, it'll pass soon enough. The hard part…

ACLU & Rand Paul over Civil Rights
Judge. You've had ACLU lawyers on before and I'd love to hear an ACLU lawyer comment on Civil Rights controversy over the Rand/Maddow interview. They defend Neo Nazis rights and aren't considered racist. Would they also defend a business's right to be stupid and suffer the consequences of being stupid by segregating their business?
