during the town hall meetings a MD was talking about how a $12 blood test he was doing in his office for $12 with instant results was outlawed and ha to be sent out. It now costs $78 and takes 3 days to get results. barring FDA BS it should cost 50 cents.

before 1962, when the FDA got heavilly involved in drug approval, a drug company would spend about 2 years between discovery and market and maybe $20K in research. Enough research so they were confident they would not get sued. Now it takes between 750 million and 1.2 billion and 12 years to get a drug approved. Many drugs are never considered for this very reason. You tell me why health care is unafordable. Why it takes up 1/6th of the economy. Why this is unsustainable.

What if banks have changed locks in homes I still own for example. What if their contractors had threatened my tenants. What if I have not been to a court yet. What if there were multiple RESPA violations by these banks and countersuits on this basis. What if one believed he'd prevail in court once getting there. What if there were multiple properties. What if there were many others that these banks victimize. What if someone could no longer afford to pay attorneys to defend this type of criminal behavior of big banks. What if this interested the Judge? Hope so? I think it's a fantastic story. I'd just want to meet the Judge and shake his hand.
