Injustice Everywhere is an all volunteer project devoted to tracking down and documenting reported cases of police misconduct in the United States and compiling stats based on those reports.

Did you know that the last time the US government bothered to gather any information about the problem of police misconduct in the United States was in 2002?

Even then, the study they did only covered 5% of the police departments in the US and, on top of that, participation was only voluntary?

One of the biggest obstacles in the way towards solving the problem of police brutality and misconduct is a fundamental lack of information about police misconduct.

Injustice Everywhere is devoted to solving that problem by gathering information about reported incidents of police misconduct across the US, analyzing and compiling statistics based from several sources, and then publishing the results of all this information in a reader-friendly way in order to encourage informed debate where it was once impossible to do.

The goal of Democrats and the money from Washington for the Budget debate is to create a crisis to motivate the lefts supporters to action. The goal of democrats is to turn out WI Supreme Court Judge David Prosser and replace him with a more liberal one who will favor liberal causes. The goal is a court that will stop Walker in reducing the negative effects of the 4th rail of politics like the EPA, etc. The Democrats will accomplish this by throwing flimsy challenges to the courts in everything that Walker proposes to lighten the load for job creation. Wisconsin Supreme Court April Election more Important than last Nov

One of the strengths of our Constitution is also our Weakness. If you thought the November election was a turning point, the April 5th election for Wisconsin Supreme Court seat held by Judge Prosser for 10 years is the pivotal point for continuing the Conservative gains last November. Because of the Rancor over Gov Walkers Budget Repair bill, thousands of union protesters organized by various unions across the Country have descended on WI as a last ditch stand to reverse the national trend of reducing the power of the unions. Trumka AFL-CIO head, and all unions want to make Wisconsin the poster child for reversing this trend. And all this while Walker is only proposing changes to some Public Service Sector unions, to cut expenses and keep workers in their jobs..

What Liberal Courts Do

Recently a Dane County Judge ruled the bill the Governor signed last week, stayed, until after March 28 when the Judge who ruled comes back from Vacation. What that technical ruling does by the judge, who is also up for reelection April 5th in liberal Dane County, is put the ruling in the hands of the Wisconsin Supreme Court. Due to the massive publicity about the "union busting" and the "Crisis" that liberal Democrats have created, what the Dems hope happens is that Prosser will be voted out (He is considered a person who might rule in the governors favor), and replaced with a "liberal" who has no Court experience and one who will rule against the Walker bill. The balance in the Court will shift from 4-3 conservative to 4-3 liberal.

Tie that in with the various recalls of Gop Senators, and the Democrats and the unions and their outside money hope to take back the senate and Control the courts. The liberals goal is to keep Wisconsin in this"crisis" mode. They feel they have their base motivated. If the Supreme Court rules in favor of the bill prior to the election, out with Prosser. If the court waits until after the election to rule, out with Prosser and in with the liberal who will change the outcome of the ruling in favor of the libs.. What the Dems hope to do, even those planning 2012 in Washington, is to at least have a court that may rule in the Dems favor and block Walkers every move with flimsy excuses that this liberal Court will defend.

Imagine Feingold as Governor

The next step for the Dems, if they succeed to get a liberal court and they stymie Walker and his job growth plans, is to recall him next year when he is eligible to be recalled. Who is waiting in the wings. Ready...... Former Senator Russ Feingold who has created a Pac called Progressives United, which has a self serving poll which calls for Feingold to run for Governor.

Tie this Feingold run with the Presidential elections and you know who, Yes Obama, can count on Wisconsin again. Pretty hard to win the Presidential election without WI thus the reason for so much money and attention given Wisconsin.

Vote For Prosser

So as you can see, a vote for Prosser is as important as the vote you made last November, perhaps more so. And While you are thinking about it, this is the reason that Activism by the Courts is the weakness in our constitutional system. Judges that are elected due to their politics rather than their knowledge and fairness to follow the laws of the constitution and yes, rule fairly on them in the highest courts of the land.

Meanwhile if you voted for many conservatives last November, remember to Vote for this one lonely Supreme Court Judge in the only Wisconsin statewide office this April. Vote for Judge David Prosser. It protects your November vote and will tell the unions and the Money from Washington that Wisconsin is ours, not theirs.. Lets tell them we do not want to give them any more of our tax dollars to be spent this way, in any state. Let's send them packing. Vote for Prosser and save Wisconsin.
