"Liberty-friendly" state/local governments (where to move?)
Which cities/counties/states are most sympathetic to the Constitution and freedom in general? With respect to the laws on the books - for example Montana's recent affirmation of the 2nd amendment - but also with respect to prevalent political movements and/or elected officials.

Talk w/ John McManus of the John Birch Society
I like to see the Judge talk about freedom and how we can get it back with the president of the John Birch Society(JBS). The JBS have been fighting for freedom for decades. They have a powerful movement and organization. Ron Paul even spoke at one of their big events.

"The People's Map"stop gerrymandering in NJ.WE NEEDTHE JUDGE'S HELP http://www.bayshoreteaparty.org/
The NJ legislative reapportionment commission is in the process this week of attempting to adopt an unconstitional gerrymandered state legislative redistricting map. We the People are trying to stop it and need the Judge's help! This could set a precedent across the country to make votes count again. Honest government cannot be borne of corrupt seeds! Judge, you were my mock trial judge at Rutgers-Newark and helped by sending my team to the nationals-your help is needed again!! This fight is critical to your state!

Will Schiff please run against Chris Dodd? It's a Win-Win
If Peter wins, he can make a stand for liberty in the US Senate. But even if he loses, he will increase his public profile and probably triple his clients at Europac. Do it for America, Peter!

HR 875 - the Food Safety Modernization Act of 2009
Clarify the facts about this bill, and explain why bills written in such broad language are threats to our freedom. This bill is written in a way that, subject to the way it is interpreted after it is passed, could be used to regulate and fine any producer of food, including small farmers and organic gardeners. Is this something we should be concerned about?

please discuss law suits against obama eligibility in office
The United States Justice Foundation's website (http://www.usjf.net/) lists several law suits that are pending or being made or have been dismissed over Barack Obama/Barry Dunham or whatever other moniker he wishes to use.. The media has not mentioned not a single utterance over this matter! I think this should be the MOST important issue at this moment, as it is critical to showcase how the government is negligent as it requires more documentation and proof to receive public assistance or welfare than to be considered for the position of president for this country. This man is possibly a…

Now that the Tea Parties are done what is our next move?
The Tea Parties were a great success. However, people need to stay engaged and keep working.
What are the next steps? Should the next goal be to prepare for the primaries? Should we look at getting the right candidates to run in Rep/Dem primaries? Should we push Libertarian candidates? Healthcare, Energy, and Gun Control seem to be the domestic issues on the front burner. What should our goals be?
