Supremes have Original Jurisdiction in lawsuits vs. states?: Article III, Sec. 2, clause, Constituti

Do Supremes not have Original Jurisdiction in trials against states, as to Article III, Sect. 2, Clause 2? How can lower court judge even make decision?

        Agree, have asked this of Arizona and Virginia, and also of Bill Oreilly and Glenn Beck, with absolutly no response.

        Plain English says Karen is correct. Hundreds of lower court decisions say this portion of our Constitution is routinely ignored.
