        Indiana Attorney General Greg Zoeller and Gov Mitch Daniels are considering using Interposition to protect Hoosiers.
        Thomas Weddle highlights the flaws of the Florida lawsuit and how Indiana (formed under the North West Ordinance) stands on higher legal ground than does Florida (a reconstruction state) and would be much better off tackling this issue independently.
