Selective Incorporation Doctrine (SID)
Judge Nap made a passing comment about this in his 5/25 show that came across like SID was a lawful doctrine when it is the single most Rights intrusive judicial activism ever committed by the courts. The Effect of SID coupled with the judicial decree that everyone is a 14th Amend. U.S citizen (see Crandall vs Arizona and Colgate vs Harvey) cuts off all our access to the Bill of Rights except that which the judiciary agrees with...... If you read the cases supporting this doctrine you will find that every one of the Bill of Rights has been diluted nearly into nonexistance........ If you complain that your Rights are being violated by government there is no process by which you can receive the full measure and protection of the Bill of Rights as you can only seek relief under title 42 USC that only comprehends your right of action if it is in pursuance of this SID. Excuse Me????? by what authority? Unalienable Right? Our servants had the power to alter or diminish our retained rights without our consent? This is the kind of absurdity federalism has brought us and federalism is tantamount to Collectivism and collectivism is pure socialism...... We must put a stop to this insanity if we are to achieve Judge Nap, Ron Paul etc stated goal......

Interesting. Would want to learn more and certainly a way to achieve that is a Freedom Watch program dedicated to the topic, with an array of guests for all angles.
