  And to give my own answer to the question: Of course it works! We see it working whenever two parties respect each others' property.

  I think the more important question is: Could we use the State--an institution that inherently disrespects our property --to guarantee that our property is respected?

  I'm a big fan of Murray Rothbard's work.

  The panel came very close to discussing anarcho-capitalism last week. They raised issues about whether we should try to use the State as a means to secure Liberty.

  I would like the conversation to come out in the open so anarcho-capitalists and Constitutionalists, while having some critically important differences, understand how they can work together to achieve a free society.
