Student convicted? an punished? by School Administration, withholding Diploma!!
This is crazy !!! When did a school administration get the authority to hold trial without representation and impose punitive measure such as community service (a considerable imposition on liberty) without a gavel? Please review this article and tell me how this is happening in this country. "Popular Senior Denied Diploma because of Too Much Cheering" Author: Scott Wegener Posted June 4 2012 WCPO.com

Saline County Arkansas' Ken Casady's (Saline County Prosecuting Attorney) wife is running for District Judge! Conflict of Interest?
Republicans are not immune to corruption. In America, you are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. At least that's how its supposed to work... How difficult is it to prove someone is guilty if the Judge who makes that determination in a district court, is in bed with the Prosecutor? Both, figuratively as well as literally!!! Stephanie Casady, (I have met her and I like her) candidate for District Judge in Saline County, is married to Ken Casady, Saline County Prosecuting Attorney (elected). This is such a blatant conflict of interest it is mind boggling how…

Constitutional tampering with our anti- corruption tool
How best to restore and use:
There are two powers of the Grand Jury. One is controlled by the Prosecutors and the other is for the People's use, such as against public corruption, including legal corruption (judges and prosecutors, etc.).
Since the 1940s, the latter power has been covertly suppressed and unavailable to the public. http://www.southjerseyjustice.com/GrandJuryexpl.docx
Even the federal statue Title 18 section 1504, which is a pretense at accessing the grand jury, was proven a deception all the way up to and before the Third Circuit COA (opposed by the USAO):

Drones vs UAVs
Judge N. These are NOT Drones. We have not used drones in years and years in warfare. We are using UAVs. (Unmanned Aerial Vehicles).
Drones are stupid. They just fly in and blow up. UAVs are smart and are airplanes. They have retractable landing gear. They have a pilot. The pilot just happens to sit on the ground in front of a computer.

President contraception plan is freedom of religion the employee not employer should madke bedroom decisions.
The president is protecting our freedom of religion, not interferring with it. The employer has no right to interfere in what goes on in your bedroom than the government does. Just because you work for a catholic organization does not mean you agree with all its teachings. My hat goes off to the president for protecting the individuals rights, not the employers

National Flood Insurance future of National Health Insurance?
National Flood Insurance Program (NFIP) may be future of Health Insurance. Currently Monroe County, Fl is forced to comply with a Pilot Inspection Program that flys in the face of fundamental freedoms to include 4th, 5th and 10th Amendments. FEMA uses threats and intimidation to force local government (Monroe County, FL) to inspect inside of homes for compliance with FEMA mandates, demolish locally approved modifications to property and has now mandated Monroe County and citizens to fund enforcement and compliance aspects of the Endangered Species Act under threat of removal from the NFIP. See following link from Member of Congress…

Jan Helfeld - Crushes Liberal Philosophy
Jan Helfeld uses the Socratic Method to debunk the liberal mindset as well as combat big-government "conservatives." He demonstrates how their ideas are false, just like Socrates did, through conversation. His guest either admit that they are wrong or they abruptly, and rudely, end the interview. Please get him on; his work is amazing. It is only people like him who will change their views: This is an intellectual revolution!
Here he shows Nancy Pelosi why the minimum wage laws are wrong. She actually call the guards on him: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8pFC3LKMIQo

The intended purposes and benefits of the system the Framers designed to elect a president for the U.S. It is totally unknown today.
We have yet to hear an intelligent discussion on the purposes and benefits of the original electoral college system as designed by the Framers in the Constitution. Do we really want the best president money can buy or a president that cannot be bought at any price? For an in-depth analysis see: "The Evolution and Destruction of the Original Electoral College".

Judge, You have to love this one: DOJ paying legal fees for prosecutors who botched case By Brad Heath, USA TODAY
The U.S. government has spent nearly $1.8 million defending prosecutors from allegations that they broke the law in the botched corruption case against former Alaska senator Ted Stevens, Justice Department records show.
The case against Stevens fell apart three years ago when the Justice Department admitted its attorneys had improperly concealed evidence that could have helped his defense. A court-ordered investigation concluded in November that prosecutors had engaged in "significant, widespread, and at times intentional misconduct," but that they should not face criminal contempt of court charges.

How the FEDS get around the Constitution?
Dear Judge: Considering, as I believe and having read it several tomes before, that every newly seated President's first agenda is to sign, as Abe did, a National "Declaration of Emergency", thereby 'temporarily' suspending the Constitution (but which?, there are two?), thus being able to function in the nature of a "dictator" without congressional approval, that every one is wondering about, why it never gets invoked anymore. This factual setting supports then all the judicial failures against B. Obama's with respect to his background flaws, because, as a judge you know, the courts cannot entertain any such litigation in the…

Judges making decisions against freedom.
As a law enforcement officer for over 15 years in a large department it shocks me what some departments do, but you should look also into judges and their immoral decisions against the constitution.
