Republicans are not immune to corruption. In America, you are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. At least that's how its supposed to work... How difficult is it to prove someone is guilty if the Judge who makes that determination in a district court, is in bed with the Prosecutor? Both, figuratively as well as literally!!! Stephanie Casady, (I have met her and I like her) candidate for District Judge in Saline County, is married to Ken Casady, Saline County Prosecuting Attorney (elected). This is such a blatant conflict of interest it is mind boggling how a political party (Republican) could or would condone such. I could see the Democrats doing this, but not the Republicans. Could this be an indication as to how far left the Saline County Republican Party has "Progressed"???

It's not funny, fair or ethical asking Saline County citizens to vote for this conflict of interest and it is a shame!!! In simply asking the voters to OK this conflict, shows a lack of integrity and judgment unbecoming: 1) a prosecuting attorney, but more importantly 2) a Judge... Any and every Attorney that might represent their client (for that matter, every defendant) in a Stephanie Casady court when the Saline County Prosecutor's office represents the state, will first have to ask her to recuse herself, just as George Zimmerman’s attorney requested Judge Recksiedler to do... Having to do this, would place a greater strain on our other county courts (the very reason this court was established).

How best to restore and use:

There are two powers of the Grand Jury. One is controlled by the Prosecutors and the other is for the People's use, such as against public corruption, including legal corruption (judges and prosecutors, etc.).

National Flood Insurance Program (NFIP) may be future of Health Insurance. Currently Monroe County, Fl is forced to comply with a Pilot Inspection Program that flys in the face of fundamental freedoms to include 4th, 5th and 10th Amendments. FEMA uses threats and intimidation to force local government (Monroe County, FL) to inspect inside of homes for compliance with FEMA mandates, demolish locally approved modifications to property and has now mandated Monroe County and citizens to fund enforcement and compliance aspects of the Endangered Species Act under threat of removal from the NFIP. Recent allegations surfaced on local blog (http://goodmorningfloridakeys.com/?m=201201) identifying FEMA is in violation of numerous laws, rules and regulations regarding their actions. The allegations appear to be very credible with FEMA employees ignoring Executive Order and Code of Federal Regulations.

If FEMA can undermine fundamental rights and use threats, intimdation and coercion for flood insurance, imagine what the IRS is going to do with the National Health Care Insurance.

Dear Judge: Considering, as I believe and having read it several tomes before, that every newly seated President's first agenda is to sign, as Abe did, a National "Declaration of Emergency", thereby 'temporarily' suspending the Constitution (but which?, there are two?), thus being able to function in the nature of a "dictator" without congressional approval, that every one is wondering about, why it never gets invoked anymore. This factual setting supports then all the judicial failures against B. Obama's with respect to his background flaws, because, as a judge you know, the courts cannot entertain any such litigation in the absence of an ineffective suspended Constitution.
