Reaction to Rick Perry's Secession remarks?
I think it would be interesting to hear about the constitutional basis of secession and some of the history, in regard to Rick Perry's recent remarks that Texas might secede if things get bad in the future.

The restoration of Union State sovereignty is nearly the same as secession except the regaining of sovereignty maintains the Constitutional Blueprint of Dual Sovereignty and the continued support of the Federation of Sister Sovereign States.
